Payments made for live sessions (chat, call, or video) are non-refundable once the session has started.

Refunds are only considered in cases of technical issues, billing errors, or advisor misconduct.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The session was interrupted due to a technical failure (server issues, app malfunction).

You were charged but did not receive the service.

An advisor engaged in unprofessional or inappropriate conduct (to be reviewed by our support team).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

You are dissatisfied with the outcome or predictions (as results are not guaranteed).

You ended the session early by choice.

You violated our Terms & Conditions (abuse, misuse, or inappropriate behavior).
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Provide session details (date, time, advisor’s name, and issue).

Our support team will review your case and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Processing time depends on your payment provider but usually takes 7–14 business days.
6. Introductory Offers & Promotions

Sessions purchased under special offers (e.g., $0.20 per minute introductory rate) are also non-refundable, unless covered by the exceptions above.
