Refund Policy

At Oracify Advisors, we value your trust and strive to provide the best psychic, tarot, astrology, and advisory services. Since our sessions involve live time-based services, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. General Policy

  • Payments made for live sessions (chat, call, or video) are non-refundable once the session has started.

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of technical issues, billing errors, or advisor misconduct.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The session was interrupted due to a technical failure (server issues, app malfunction).

  • You were charged but did not receive the service.

  • An advisor engaged in unprofessional or inappropriate conduct (to be reviewed by our support team).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You are dissatisfied with the outcome or predictions (as results are not guaranteed).

  • You ended the session early by choice.

  • You violated our Terms & Conditions (abuse, misuse, or inappropriate behavior).


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the session.

  2. Provide session details (date, time, advisor’s name, and issue).

  3. Email us at info@oracifyadvisors.com with your request.

Our support team will review your case and respond within 5–7 business days.


5. Method of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider but usually takes 7–14 business days.


6. Introductory Offers & Promotions

  • Sessions purchased under special offers (e.g., $0.20 per minute introductory rate) are also non-refundable, unless covered by the exceptions above.
